A Standard Zoom Visit With Santa is twelve minutes long for a family with up to three littles.

Larger families are encouraged to book back-to-back appointments, as each little deserves their unique time with Santa.

Meetings more than 24 minutes long, and with more than seven children require more planning.

Upon booking, you’ll be asked to fill out a form to help us make sure Santa has all the information he needs for your child's visit.

The questionnaire asks for information such as; child/children’s name/s, age/s, their Big Dreams, and any other fun facts you might like to add to make the experience a personal and memorable one to last a lifetime!

Santa will cover a variety of topics, which will be personalized based on the information provided. Santa will talk / ask about:

• The many conversational items you supplied in the Information Form.

• Preparations going on at the North Pole in Santa’s Workshop.

• The general health and well being of the Elves, Reindeer, and of course Mrs. Claus.

• Any unique weather conditions occurring at the North Pole.

• The items on the Littles’ wish lists.

For the best connection with Santa, you will need:

• a high-speed internet connection

• a computer, mobile phone, or tablet with a camera, speaker, and microphone.

• the Zoom App downloaded onto your device. You do not NEED a Zoom account to log into your Zoom Visit With Santa. If you do have a Zoom account, of course, you can use it.

• your Zoom Visit With Santa confirmation email with your Zoom meeting passcode and Meeting ID.

Please log in at least 10 minutes before your session to make certain your video and sound are working correctly.

A Standard Zoom Visit With Santa includes up to three children from the same family in one household.

Families with more than 3 children may choose to book back-to-back time slots to ensure an equally wonderful experience for each of the Littles.

You will have the option to receive a recording of your visit.
