Larger families may choose to book two slots back to back, to ensure that the visit is equally special for each of the children.

Why are the clocks in Santa’s Village set to Eastern Standard Time?

The settlement named “Alert,” located at the northeastern tip of Ellesmere Island, in Nunavut, Canada, is the northernmost permanently inhabited place in the world. Because that is so, it is where we trade, and pick up all of our supplies. Therefore it is most convenient for all North Pole personnel, to keep our clocks aligned with them year ‘round.
